Return Policy
RETURNSYou can return any full priced merchandise back to us for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Please note that all gift cards, bodysuits and sale/markdown items are final sale. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Returns received after 15 days of the original delivery date cannot be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a filled out returns form which can be found at the bottom of your packing slip.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, inspected and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. We will also notify you via e-mail should your return be rejected for any reason.
Refunds are processed in the original form of payment and generally take around 3-7 business days depending on your card issuing company.
SALE ITEMS
All sale/markdown items are final sale. Only full priced items are eligible for return.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEMS & EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. In the unlikely event that there is a shipment issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can further assist you.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your card issuer to inquire about your expected refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 4SI3NNA is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during transit.
